How do I transfer my HubSpot certifications from my old Connect.com account?

Unfortunately, there is no self-service flow to transfer your HubSpot certifications from your old Connect.com profile to your new profile. You are required to carry out the following steps:

1. Create a new Connect.com profile
2. Contact support@connect.com with the following information
   1. Your old Connect.com profile URL
   2. Your new Connect.com profile URL

Our support team will then carry out the transfer and respond.
